• 1 & 1/2 oz whisky
  • 1 oz champagne
  • 1 small piece of pineapple or orange
  • 1 dash angostura bitters
  • 1/4 tsp maraschino liqueur
  • 1 tsp sugar

Stir sugar & bitters together, adding whisky and the liqueur, then the pineapple.

Shake with crushed ice and strain into cocktail glass.

Finally add the champagne.

 

Swap Cognac or brandy for the whisky.

Swap Benedictine for Maraschino liqueur.
