Enough for 2 pizzas.

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • Garlic, to taste
  • Tomato puree
  • 400g tinned tomatoes
  • mixed herbs
  • bayleaf
  • Shot of Worcestershire sauce (leave out for veggies)

Soften the onion and garlic in oil (medium heat, stir and don’t burn)

Add everything else.

Bring to the boil then simmer and stir until thick and gooey.
