- 300g white spelt flour
- Rounded tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- Dab of cayenne/ paprika
- 100g strong cheese
- 1/4 pint milk with a squeeze of lemon juice ( or off milk)
Sift all dry ingredients together.
Mix in cheese.
Add milk to make loose dough.
Pat into scone shapes and bake.
