• 300g white spelt flour
  • Rounded tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • Dab of cayenne/ paprika
  • 100g strong cheese
  •  1/4 pint milk with a squeeze of lemon juice ( or off milk)

Sift all dry ingredients together.

Mix in cheese.

Add milk to make loose dough.

Pat into scone shapes and bake.
